Road Trip 2012 - Visiting the Richey/Lawsons

After leaving Connie and Russ in Bonney Lake, we drove to Bellingham, WA, to visit with Val, Dave and their kids/grand kids.

We were blessed with beautiful summer weather there!  It was wonderfully warm and we were able to dine "al fresco" almost every night - love that!!

Our great granddaughter, Kendra, turned 1 while we were there!  She had a birthday dinner and cake on August 9th and a big party on August 12th.

It was a great visit, fun to hang out with everyone and spend time with the kids, grand kids and great grand kids!  Thanks everyone, for a wonderful time!!

The party had a "candy" theme.  Val and Lindsay made the lollipop name tags for the candy containers and each child was able to fill his or her candy box with their choice of candy, as well as small gifts - needless to say, it was a big hit!

A wonderful party and a wonderful visit with the Richey/Lawson/Weeds!  Thank you SO much!  Now we are on to the Murphy's for a visit with them!  You gotta love road trips!
