Sunday 30 Jan in Hamilton...

Sunday today - the second day of a three day weekend!  We went to the Farmer's Market in town, and, after we finished shopping, we left our wares in the car and had a walk around Hamilton, along the river and across two bridges.

It was just beautiful - we strolled through a craft fair, a bookshop, visited the museum and enjoyed the architecture along the way.

After our walk, we came back for lunch and a wonderful, lazy afternoon!

A beautiful church in Hamilton.

Pat and Lee in a Hamilton Garden.

Bryan and Peter in the garden.

Even better than the gardens in Hamilton is Bryan and Peter's back yard!  The double doors lead into their dining area.

More of the beautiful gardens.

This area of the garden is where we do all of our outdoor dining!
We had lunch out there today.

This interesting creature is a "stick bug"  Apparently he changes color to match his surroundings, but hadn't quite gotten dark when Lee took this photo.

Bryan and Lee have gone off to the hardware store, Peter is mowing the lawn, and I'm updating the blog!

Life is good!
