It was a great baby shower! Lots of Lindsay and Jake's friends were there, along with lots of family. More yummy food and bar-b-queing by Dave! We played games, and I won one of them, by knowing all of the missing lines to the nursery rhymes! Probably not fair, as I've read nursery rhymes for far longer than most of the people at the shower have been alive!
Lindsay and Jake got lots of great gifts for their new little baby girl - coming soon! - and Madi got lots of gifts, too. I think that she totally enjoyed the shower, even though no "friends" came for her to play with.
Congratulations, Lindsay and Jake, and we can't wait to meet the newest member of the family!
