Jacob's graduation...

June was a big month for us!  We had three High School graduations!  And on top of that, our grandson Cody graduated with a BA in Business Management!

Jacob (Pat's brother and sister-in-laws son) graduated first on June 8th from El Cerrito High School.  We attended his graduation along with Jon, Sue and Sue's brother John and his wife Beth.

It was a great day!  The graduation ceremony was great - if a little loud - and Jacob was indeed a happy young man!  It feels great to get that diploma and be ready for the next phase of your life. 

After the graduation we all went for lunch at a great restaurant in Pt. Richmond.  Jacob left early to catch a bus with the rest of the graduates to spend the night and next day in Disneyland.  What a way to celebrate!

Jacob is thinking about going into the trades and is interested in becoming a machinist.  That's a great field and he'll have great career opportunities there.  

Congratulations, Jacob, Jon and Sue!  It was wonderful to be a part of this momentous occasion!
